Delivery Policy.

General Information / Terms of Payment.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Payment is due upon within 7 days of delivery. If payment is not made net 7 days of delivery, a monthly service charge of 1.5% shall accrue.

How We Ship.
Carlton Farms products are perishable food items; to ensure the quality of the product we ship all orders via UPS with insulated coolers. Our products are vacuum packed and quick flash-frozen to ensure the quality of our meat. Carlton Farms’ superior method of packaging, greatly increases the amount of time the product can remain safely in the freezer.

Shipment Method.
All orders are shipped via UPS Monday through Wednesday. Orders received after 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) will be sent the following day. Orders received Wednesday through Sunday will ship the following Monday. All orders are sent UPS two-day service. Next day or Saturday delivery arrangements can be made by calling 1.800.932.0946. Your shipment tracking number will be available once your order ships.

Delivery Time.
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United States.

We are sorry, but due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot ship to Canada, other foreign countries, or to APO, FPO, and P.O. Box addresses.

Delivery Instructions.
If you require special delivery instructions, please provide such instructions on the checkout page of our website. We also highly recommend that you speak to one of our representatives about your delivery arrangements by calling 1.800.932.0946.

Promise of Quality.
We promise to take the steps to ensure that our products are of the highest quality and will arrive safely, if the correct address has been provided. While our products can safely remain in the supplied containers for a short time, we highly advise the product be placed in a freezer or refrigerator as soon as possible, preferably within a few hours of delivery.

We do not accept the return of goods after they have been delivered and accepted. The furnishing by Carlton Farms of the products to you shall constitute acceptance of the product by you unless you provide immediate notice to Carlton of any defect in the product on the day that you receive it. If there is a problem with a product you receive, Carlton may, at its option, replace the product or provide you with a refund.

If container damage has occurred during shipment please contact our customer service representative at 1.800.932.0946 Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., PST.

Carlton Farms does not provide any warranties, express or implied, with the sale of its production, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability and of fitness for particular purpose, use or application, and all other obligations or liabilities on the part of the Carlton Farms.

Limitation of Liability.
Carlton Farms’ total liability with respect to any product shall not exceed the price set forth for such product. In addition, Carlton Farms shall in no event be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the sale of its products.

Dispute Resolution.
The relationship between Carlton Farms and you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon. Carlton Farms and you agree that any dispute that arises between Carlton and you shall be resolved in Oregon through binding arbitration before the Judicial Arbitration & Mediation Service (JAMS). The parties shall split the cost of arbitration.
